§ 32.31 MAYOR TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT.

The Mayor of the city is hereby authorized and directed to execute an agreement with the Social Security unit of the state employees’ retirement system to secure coverage of eligible employees as provided in § 32.30 of this code.
