§ 31.130 ESTABLISHMENT.
   (A)   There is hereby created various departments organized to conduct the affairs of the city. The departments’ duties, responsibilities, staffing and budgeting can be modified and changed as directed by the City Council.
   (B)   The departments include:
      (1)   Administration;
      (2)   City Clerk;
      (3)   Code Enforcement;
      (4)   Economic Development;
      (5)   Fire;
      (6)   Lake;
      (7)   Police;
      (8)   Street;
      (9)   Wastewater;
      (10)   Water; and
      (11)   Other departments as the Council may designated.
