§ 31.102 POWERS AND DUTIES.
   (A)   In the absence of the City Clerk, the Deputy Clerk is hereby authorized and has the authority to engage in limited activities as the City Clerk undertakes, including, but not limited to, the following:
      (1)   Posting of meetings, agendas, public notices.
      (2)   Keeper of records.
      (3)   Record all regular and executive session meetings.
      (4)   FOIA officer.
      (5)   Record all ordinances and resolutions.
      (6)   Liquor license, vendor license.
      (7)   Record ordinances/annexation with county.
      (8)   Monthly report to City Council regarding financial position.
      (9)   Any and all other regular activities that the City Clerk would engage in, including, but not limited to, entering into financial transactions, write checks, or in any manner or fashion withdraw funds from the deposits of the city.
   (B)   The Deputy Clerk shall be compensated at a rate of an additional $50 per month for the additional duties.
