§ 31.085 PREPARATION OF OFFICIAL PAPERS.
   The Clerk shall prepare all commissions, licenses, permits, and other official documents which he or she is required to issue under the laws and ordinances of the city, and shall attest the same with the corporate seal, and shall, in like manner, attest all deeds for real estate owned and conveyed by the city.
