§ 31.064 DRAFTING OF DOCUMENTS.
   (A)   The City Attorney shall draft, or supervise the drafting of any, ordinances and resolutions relating to any subject within the authority or power of the city.
   (B)   He or she shall draft or supervise the drafting of any contract, lease, or other document or instrument to which the city may be a party.
