§ 114.31 DISTURBING THE PEACE PROHIBITED.
   No license used under this subchapter shall permit the operation of any mechanical musical device, as defined in this subchapter, at any place or in any manner which will disturb the peace and quiet of persons outside the premises where the licensed machine is being operated.
