§ 114.02 LICENSE APPLICATION; TAX.
   An application for a license required by § 114.01 above shall be accompanied by the required license tax. The license tax shall be paid to the City Clerk and all monies received by the City Clerk under this chapter shall be paid into the general corporate fund of the city.
