Unless otherwise specifically set forth in this chapter, the time within which any act required by this chapter is to be done shall be computed by excluding the first day and including the last day, unless the last day is Saturday, Sunday, or a federal or State of Illinois holiday, in which case it shall also be excluded. If the day immediately following that Saturday, Sunday, or holiday is also a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, then the day succeeding shall also be excluded.
