§ 111.62 REVOCATION.

All licenses issued under this subchapter are mere revocable and conditional permits. The Mayor may revoke any retail liquor dealer’s license for any violation of any provision of this chapter, or for any violation of any state law pertaining to the sale of alcoholic liquor.
