The Mayor (as Local Liquor Control Commissioner) or any law enforcement officer authorized by the Mayor may enter, at any time, on any premises licensed under this chapter, to determine whether any of the provisions of this chapter, or any state or federal rules and regulations, have been or are being violated, and, at that time, to examine the premises of the licensee in connection therewith.
