§ 111.16 CONSUMPTION ON STREETS OR IN VEHICLE PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to drink alcoholic liquor in or upon any of the public streets or alleys within the city or in any motor vehicle which is parked or moving in, upon, along, or over any of the streets or alleys of the city.
