§ 111.03 LOCAL LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSIONER.

The Mayor of the city shall be the Local Liquor Control Commissioner for the city; provided, however, that the Mayor may appoint any person or persons to assist him or her in the exercise of the powers and performance of the duties as provided for the Local Liquor Control Commissioner.
