§ 111.02 COMPLIANCE WITH STATE LAW REQUIRED.
   No person shall make, ferment, distill or cause to be distilled, bottle, blend, sell, barter, transport, deliver, furnish, or possess any alcoholic liquor for beverage purposes, except as specifically provided in an act relating to alcoholic liquors of this state, approved January 31, 1934, as amended (ILCS Ch. 235) and the provisions of this chapter.
