Any person who shall falsely impersonate the Lake Marshal or other employee of the city or shall maliciously or with intent to deceive, use or imitate any of the signs, signals, or devices used by the Lake Marshal, or who, not being a Marshal, shall wear in public the Marshal’s uniform herein provided for, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished as the law provides.
