No person shall make, aid, or countenance, or assist in making any improper noise, racket, disturbance, breach of the peace, or anything tending to a breach of the peace, within zones A, B, C, or D, or be guilty of any disorderly or offensive conduct, or collect or assemble any body or group of persons for any unlawful purpose or for the annoyance or disturbance of any person or the damage or destruction of property of the city or of any other person in zones A, B, C, or D.
