§ 96.227 ADVERTISING MATERIALS PROHIBITED.
   The erection or maintenance of any sign, bill, poster, placard, or card or the distributing of any advertising matter by handbills, or otherwise, within zones A, B, C, or D, except signs posted by the city, is prohibited.
