(A) The hours for the use of playgrounds located in the Lake Lou Yaeger park area shall be from 5:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m., unless written permission is otherwise given by the Lake Department.
(B) No alcoholic beverages or other illegal substances shall be allowed in the park area.
(C) No one of the age of 16 or older shall be allowed in these playgrounds, unless they are accompanied by a child of the age of 12 years or younger.
