§ 96.205 PICNICKING AND CAMPING.
   (A)   Picnicking and camping are prohibited in zones A, B, and D, except:
      (1)   Upon those portions of zone D as may be specifically designated by the city for those purposes; or
      (2)   By custodians of marginal land, their families and guests, upon portions of the marginal land as may have been leased to those custodians by the city. If the use of these portions of zone D by the respective custodians thereof, their families and guests, should in any way tend to create an insanitary condition at any place in the reservoir or tend to create a public or private nuisance in zone D, the custodians, and their families and guests, may be prohibited from further picnicking and camping in zone D on their respective tracts of marginal land by a written notice to those custodians from the city.
   (B)   Any person picnicking or making any other use of zone D, or any part thereof, shall keep the premises neat and clean, pick up and remove in a sanitary manner all paper, garbage, rubbish, and debris, and before leaving the premises put out any fire made by him, her, or them; and the person shall also be subject to any other rules and regulations made and promulgated by the city regulating the use of zone D or any part thereof.
