§ 96.191 FLYING DEVICES PROHIBITED.

No person shall make an ascent in any balloon, airplane, hydroplane, or any other device, or any descent in any airplane, balloon, hydroplane, or any other flying device or parachute, in zones A, B, C, or D, without written permit from the city.
