§ 96.188 FIREWORKS AND BALLOONS RESTRICTED.
   No fireworks or balloons shall be lighted or set off in zones A, B, C, or D, except:
   (A)   Under supervision of or by special permit from the city; or
   (B)   By any custodian of leased land within the confines of the leased premises as are lawful, and in a manner so as to not cause any fire or endanger any person or property or other premises.
