(A) All dogs kept by anyone at Lake Lou Yeager in zones A, B, C, or D shall be kept restrained and on a leash at all times.
(B) No vicious or dangerous dog or cat shall be permitted in zones A, B, C, or D. Any dog or cat found running at large may be taken up by the city and, if not promptly called for, may be destroyed or otherwise disposed of, all without any liability on the part of any officer performing this duty for the city and without liability on the part of the city.
(C) Dogs shall be prohibited from being present on the equestrian trails at Lake Lou Yeager in Zones A, B, C, or D.
