§ 96.170 SWIMMING, BATHING, AND WADING RESTRICTED.
   (A)   Swimming, bathing, and wading are prohibited in zone A.
   (B)   Swimming, bathing, and wading in the remainder of the reservoir are prohibited except:
      (1)   At the municipal bathing beach located on and near the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 26, Township 9 North, Range 5 West of the Third Principal Meridian;
      (2)   Under the supervision of 1 or more experienced life guards at those other portions of the reservoir as may be designated by the city for that use and which are provided with adequate and sanitary toilet facilities; or
      (3)   By the respective custodians of the marginal land, their families and guests, within zone B and at or off the shore of the respective tracts of marginal land leased by the city to those custodians. If the use of the reservoir by the respective custodians, their families and guests, should in any way tend to create an insanitary condition in any portion of the reservoir or tend to create a public or private nuisance in any part of the reservoir, or in zone D, or should be deemed by the city as unusually hazardous, the respective custodians, and their families and guests, may be prohibited from further swimming, bathing, or wading in the reservoir, at or off the shore of those tracts of marginal land, by a written notice to those custodians from the city.
   (C)   No persons having any communicable disease or skin infections shall swim, bathe, or wade in the reservoir.
   (D)   All persons using the reservoir for swimming, bathing, or wading purposes shall use the same so as not to create any insanitary condition in or about the reservoir, and so as not to pollute the waters thereof or make the waters unwholesome or unfit for water supply purposes or injurious to the aquatic life thereof.
   (E)   Swimming out of boats is hereby prohibited.
   (F)   Skin diving shall be prohibited except in designated areas.
   (G)   The city shall at all times have power and authority to prohibit swimming, bathing, and wading in the waters of the reservoir for the purpose of preventing any pollution of or other injury to the reservoir or to suppress or prevent disease or other danger to public health or human life.
