§ 96.146 POLLUTION PROHIBITED.
   All persons using the waters of the reservoir for fishing purposes or otherwise shall so use the same as not to create any insanitary condition in or about the water or on any part of zone D, nor so as to pollute or make any part of the waters unwholesome or unfit for use.
