The privilege of fishing in the reservoir or any part thereof may be suspended by the city at any time, whenever the suspension shall be deemed proper to conserve aquatic life or to prevent any tendency to pollute the waters of the reservoir, or to promote the improvement or convenient maintenance or control of zones A, B, C, or D, or any part thereof. The posting of any authorized sign in any part of those zones shall suspend the privilege of fishing at those locations.
