§ 96.141 AUTHORITY TO MAKE AND ENFORCE RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The city is hereby authorized and vested with full power and authority to make, promulgate, and enforce rules and regulations as may be deemed necessary and proper for regulating fishing as prohibited or permitted by this subchapter.
