§ 30.37 RECORDING ORDINANCES.
   (A)   The City Clerk shall record, in a book used exclusively for that purpose, all ordinances passed by the City Council, with 1 copy to be supplied to the Police Department.
   (B)   Immediately following each ordinance the City Clerk shall make a memorandum of the date of the passage and of the publication or posting, where required, of the ordinance. This record and memorandum, or a certified copy thereof, shall be prima facie evidence of the contents, passage, and of the publication or posting of ordinances.
