(A) Parking in the odd-numbered boat docks at Marina No. 1 at Lake Lou Yaeger shall be restricted to 2 hours or less, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
(B) Overnight parking shall be prohibited in the odd-numbered boat docks at Marina No.1, with the exception that individuals who are using the Lake Lou Yaeger Campground facilities shall be allowed to park overnight, but only upon the issuance of a permit by the lake superintendent of Lake Lou Yaeger, or his or her designee.
(C) Whenever any boat shall have been parked in violation of any of the provisions of this section restricting parking, the person to whom that boat is registered shall be subject to the penalty for the violation.
