(A) No person shall operate any boat or craft in zone B at a greater speed than at the rate of 5 miles per hour, other than authorized water ski lanes.
(B) No motor-powered vehicle or boat shall be operated at a speed greater than 10 miles per hour within 100 feet of the shoreline.
(C) The operators of all motor-powered vehicles and boats, including, but not by way of limitation, all rafts, jet skis, wet bikes, and motor-powered boats, shall obey all buoy markers placed upon any areas of zones A, B, and C regarding maximum speed in those areas.
