§ 96.107 TOILET FACILITIES RESTRICTED.
   No boat or craft used or operated on the reservoir shall be equipped with toilet facilities without a special permit in writing from the city therefor, and maintenance and operation of special equipment for the storage of all wastes and disposal thereof, on shore, all in a manner approved by the city.
