§ 96.080 REGISTRATION AND LICENSE REQUIRED.
   (A)   No boat or craft of any kind may be propelled, kept, or used in the reservoir, or stored or kept on the marginal land, until the owner thereof shall have registered that boat or craft and secured a written license and registration number from the city.
   (B)   (1)   Any person operating a boat on Lake Lou Yaeger must purchase stickers from the office of the Lake Superintendent.
      (2)   Three stickers shall be purchased by any person using a boat on Lake Lou Yaeger and the stickers shall be placed on the driver and passenger sides of the boat in a spot so as to be visible to other boaters and lake personnel from a distance of at least 50 feet.
      (3)   Any person trailering a boat to Lake Lou Yaeger shall place a sticker on the tongue of the boat trailer.
