§ 96.053 EQUESTRIANS; RIGHT-OF-WAY.
   The driver of any vehicle shall yield the right-of-way to any equestrian on any bridle path in zone D where the bridle path crosses any boulevard, road, or parkway when signaled to do so by the rider; the raising of the arm of the rider shall be considered as a signal suitable for this action.
