§ 96.051 DRIVING OFF ROADWAYS RESTRICTED.
   No vehicle shall be driven upon any part of zone D except:
   (A)   Upon roadways and parking places constructed or designated by the city for that use; or
   (B)   By any custodian upon lands leased to him or her.
