§ 30.21 ROLL CALL.
   The City Clerk shall call the roll of the Aldermen and enter upon the journal the names of Aldermen present and absent. If any Alderman shall enter or depart after that Alderman has been recorded as absent or present for a meeting, and before adjournment, the Clerk shall record the fact in the minutes of the meeting.
