§ 96.018 DEPUTY DUTIES; FIREARMS RESTRICTED.
   (A)   Deputy Lake Marshals shall perform duties as directed by the City Lake Marshal or by the corporate authorities.
   (B)   Deputy Lake Marshals shall not carry firearms except as authorized by the Police Chief while in the performance of their duties.
