(A) There is hereby established the office of the City Lake Marshal. The City Lake Marshal, in addition to his or her duties as Lake Marshal, may be appointed or employed by the city to act in any other capacity; provided, that the other employment is compatible with his or her duties as Lake Marshal.
(B) There is hereby established the office of Deputy Lake Marshal. The Deputy Lake Marshals shall be appointed in the number as the corporate authorities shall, from time to time, deem necessary.
