§ 30.19 CONFLICT OF INTEREST.
   No Alderman shall vote on any motion, resolution, or question in which he or she has a personal, private, or pecuniary interest as defined by the Illinois Compiled Statutes. On all other questions all the Aldermen shall vote, unless excused by the Council.
