§ 94.99 PENALTY.

(A) Violation of any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall, upon conviction, be punishable as provided in § 10.99 of this code.

(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 94.01 through 94.08 shall be fined not more than $750 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
