§ 93.05 DIRECTORS; VACANCIES; COMPENSATION.
   (A)   Vacancies in the Board of Directors, occasioned by removals, resignations, or otherwise, shall be reported to the City Council, and be filled in like manner as original appointments.
   (B)   No Director shall receive compensation as such.
