(A) The Mayor, at the first regular meeting of the City Council, after each annual election, or as soon thereafter as may be, shall appoint Aldermen as liaison to the Public Service Oversight Committee for:
(1) Police;
(2) Fire;
(3) Emergency Services;
(4) Planning Commission;
(5) Zoning;
(6) Ordinance;
(7) Finance;
(8) Economic Development;
(9) Downtown Development;
(10) Mayor;
(11) City Administrator;
(12) City Clerk;
(13) Human Resource; and
(14) Tourism.
(B) The Mayor shall appoint Aldermen as liaison to the Public Works Oversight Committee for:
(1) Street;
(2) Drainage;
(3) Building Inspector;
(4) Sewer;
(5) Lights;
(6) Building and Grounds;
(7) Water;
(8) Housing;
(9) Lake; and
(10) Recycling.
