(A) All agents or owners of houses now erected, or which may be erected in the city, are hereby required to number their houses in conformity with the provisions of this subchapter and the regulations of the City Clerk in pursuance thereof.
(B) No agent or owner of any house, now erected or hereafter to be erected, shall fail to number that house as required by this subchapter within 30 days after the same shall be built; nor shall the owner or agent of any house number any house otherwise than in conformity with the provisions hereof and the regulations of the City Clerk.
