§ 91.47 DEFECTS AND ACCIDENTS; POLICE REPORTING.
   Members of the Police Department shall report defects in sidewalks to the Superintendent of Streets, and in case of accident, they shall report the same to the City Attorney with the names of any witnesses to the accident, if known to them.
