§ 91.06 DEPOSIT OF ICE OR SNOW ON RIGHTS-OF-WAY UNLAWFUL.

No person shall place or deposit any accumulation of ice or snow from private property upon any public street, alley, sidewalk, or other public right-of-way without the prior consent and approval of the Superintendent of Streets.
