§ 72.52 ABANDONED VEHICLES; STATE VEHICLE CODE APPLIES.

The procedure to be followed by the Police Department in regard to abandoned, unattended, lost, stolen, or unclaimed vehicles shall be in accordance with the State Vehicle Code, ILCS Ch.625, Act5, §§ 4-201 through 4-214.
