§ 70.46 REGULATION OF TRAFFIC IN PARKING AREAS.
   The city shall have the power to enter into contracts with any school board, the owners of shopping centers, apartment complexes, and hospitals to regulate traffic in the parking areas thereof, as provided in the State Vehicle Code at ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 11-209.
