(A) Violation of any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall, upon conviction, be punishable as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
(B) Any person violating the provisions of § 39.42 shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each offense, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, and each day or part thereof upon which the offense continues shall constitute a separate offense hereunder.
