§ 39.39 FIRE PROTECTION TAX.
   A tax is hereby imposed annually for the purpose of fire protection in this city at the rate of 0.075% of the value as equalized or assessed by the Department of Revenue for all taxable property therein, all in accordance with the provisions of ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 11-7-1.
