§ 39.31 TAX FOR WORKERS’ COMPENSATION COST.
   (A)   The city hereby levies annually a tax above the limitations now or hereafter imposed by law to meet the cost of insurance to cover the city and its employees under the Workers’ Compensation Act, ILCS Ch. 820, Act 305, §§ 1 et seq., and the Workers’ Occupational Diseases Act, ILCS Ch. 820, Act 310, §§ 1 et seq.
   (B)   This levy shall be included in the annual tax levy of the city.
