(A) Disposal. Every occupant of a structure shall dispose of all rubbish in a clean and sanitary manner by placing it in containers.
(B) Covered containers. The owner or tenant of every occupied premises shall supply a covered container for rubbish and the owner or tenant shall be responsible for the removal of rubbish.
(C) Refrigerators. Refrigerators and similar equipment not in operation shall not be stored on premises for disposal without first removing the doors.
