§ 39.30 TAX FOR SOCIAL SECURITY CONTRIBUTIONS.

   (A)   The city hereby levies annually a tax above the limitations now or hereafter imposed by law to meet the cost of participating in the federal Social Security program.

   (B)   This levy shall be included in the annual tax levy of the city.
