§ 114.45 GAMING PERMITTED WITH LICENSE; FEE.

Video gaming, when licensed by the state and conducted in accordance with the Video Gaming Act, ILCS Ch. 230, Act 40, §§ 1 et seq., shall be allowed in the corporate limits of the city. Effective July 1, 2022, the fee to obtain a video gaming license for each video gaming terminal shall change from $25 to $250 per video gaming terminal as defined under the statute.
